Before you get in touch
Give us a forecast
Let us know how many you need per batch, your rough yearly demand, how often you’ll order and when the first delivery is due. Estimates are fine; just tell us which numbers are firm.
Lock in the specification
Agree the design version, material, finish, colour, packaging and an approval sample. Any changes between batches get checked before the next one is confirmed.
Put the arrangement in writing
Price, lead times, payment, delivery, quality checks and how changes are handled all need to be agreed in writing. You can raise purchase orders, confidentiality and supplier onboarding when you enquire.
Start with a first order
A first batch is a good way to settle the specification and sort out practical details before anyone commits long term. Supply agreements depend on our capacity and need to work for both of us.
