Impeccable Sculptures is committed to delivering products in perfect condition to the address indicated by the customer at checkout. To ensure smooth delivery, we recommend providing an address where the order can be received during normal business hours.

Please note: Handling times can be up to 2 weeks prior to shipment, as all sculptures are custom-made from scratch.

1. SHIPPING

• Impeccable Sculptures ships Australia-wide.
Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM). For security reasons, Impeccable Sculptures will not ship to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept orders if the recipient and address cannot be identified.

2. SHIPPING COSTS

• Impeccable Sculptures offers free shipping on all orders.
Occasionally, special offers and promotions may provide additional shipping benefits. Free shipping will be applied automatically at checkout if applicable.

3. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

• Handling time: Up to 2 weeks for custom-made sculptures before shipping.
• Order processing: 2 - 3 business days (after handling time).
Order processing occurs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM AEST. Orders are not processed on weekends or major holidays. Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, restocks, or special promotions.

Note: Processing times refer to the time required to prepare your order for shipping, which is separate from the actual shipping time.

4. SHIPPING TIMES

• Australia: 4 - 6 business days after processing.
Important: Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location and the carrier's service times.

5. SHIPMENT TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Use this number to track your order. Impeccable Sculptures is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping company or reach out to us for assistance.

6. DELAYS

Impeccable Sculptures is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by natural events or uncontrollable circumstances. Additionally, delays caused by the courier service are beyond our control. Shipping times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

7. UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery or if the package cannot be delivered, the product may be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply.

8. WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS

Impeccable Sculptures is not responsible for packages lost or undelivered due to incorrect, inaccurate, or outdated delivery addresses provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address is accurate before completing the checkout process. In cases where orders are returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply, or a refund may be issued, minus the cost of delivery.

9. SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS

We recommend providing a secure delivery address, such as your home or workplace. Impeccable Sculptures is not responsible for packages lost or stolen due to unsafe delivery locations.

10. SHIPPING COMPLETION

Delivery is considered complete once the product is made available to the buyer, as confirmed by the tracking information provided by the courier company when the status of the order is marked "completed" or "delivered."
